| Dressage Every month throughout the summer, Checkendon Equestrian Centre runs dressage competitions and clear round show-jumping. This presents you with a wonderful opportunity to improve you and your horse's ring craft skills and to gain valuable experience in a fun and relaxed environment. Checkendon Equestrian Centre have now gained British
Dressage approval and are holding affiliated competitions for the first
time. These competitions will be held twice a month from May through to
September. Within each affiliated class there will be an unaffiliated
section which means that there is something for everyone! Click here for results of our last competition

Show Jumping As from Summer 2008 we are now running Unaffiliated Show Jumping! The competitions will be held once a month over the summer period and there will be classes for all levels of ability. |

Clear round Twice a month on a Wednesday and Saturday, clear round show-jumping is held here. The height of the jumps can be changed for each person doing the clear round jumping, and the variety of jumps allows every horse and rider combination to practise and get the experience they need for competitions.

| In order to help riders and their horses with any difficulties that they may have, or just so that you can benefit from the knowledge of a very experienced instructor, dressage and show-jumping clinics are held at the Centre. Riders and horses of any standard are welcome to join these clinics, and class sizes are restricted so that the riders can obtain the maximum benefit from the clinics. | ||||||||||||
